can get involved. We recommend that you be prepared to jump right in to strength
and endurance circuits, running, weight lifting, and agility and coordination drills.

About The ProgramBody Boot Camp is a 5-day-a-week, daily doubles program. That means training twice daily from Monday through Friday. You will need the weekends to rest and recover. The group meets at 6:00 AM every morning for a 55-minute super-circuit workout. Two circuits alternate between "endurance and coordination" drills and "strength and technique" drills. The second workout starts at 6:00 PM and runs for 80-90 minutes! These workouts vary between strength training in the gym, running at Hayward Field, agility field drills across from the Marine Corp Center, to a fun run up Chambers Street. (Affectionately referred to as "Torture Chambers") At least once a week is a classroom lecture designed to teach you more than just "the basics" about exercise, nutrition, and healthy living. Yes, there is testing. You will be tested on your increasing knowledge and skills on all these subjects. There is an Beginning exam, a Mid-term and a Final. All are graded and all count toward an overall final score to determine who's the best! Definitely challenging, but very fun! In just four weeks you can change your life forever.
