If you have a spouse or friend with similar goals, the training atmosphere
will have a social aspect that can make the sessions more fun. Training
partners also help to keep you motivated, and can be there for assistance on the "off days"
when the trainer is not.
Home, Office or Travel
You can set-up your appointments to be outdoors, in-home or at the office. Many office
buildings today provide exercise facilities on the premises, and there is a
specific application of exercises just for you!
At home, even if you have limited or no equipment, you can learn the skills
needed to get a remarkable workout.
A good travelling routine can go a long way in making up for not having a gym available.
Creative use of chairs, tabletops, desks, towels, etc., can make exercise available
under any and all conditions.
