You will receive a full computer printout of all your test results, including your basic statistics like age, height, weight, gender, etc. Next is a full list of stats measuring your body fat percentage, girth measurements, fat weight in pounds, lean body mass in pounds, basal metabolic rate, blood pressure and heart rate. You are also tested for muscular endurance with push-ups, sit-ups and squat jumps, do a treadmill test for your extrapolated VO2 max, and a one-mile running drill estimating maximal aerobic performance. All results are calculated and printed out for you, and used to put together your individualized training program. You also get a matching nutrition plan based on your results. This portfolio is a vehicle to achieving your optimal training package and guide you towards a calculated maximum performance regimen!
