Hi everyone,
What a better way to give thanks, then to be thankful for good news for our friend Andrea. She is now officially on the transplant list! after jumping the small hurdle of getting the pre authorization by the insurance company, she can get her new heart any day now. Of course that means a tragedy for someone else, which we never wish on no one. But as "life happened", at least we all know that that heart will go to a "very good home". Andy has her cell phone with her, and you are all welcome to call her 554-1982. Lets hope for a very good holiday for Andy, her family and her friends!

December 12th

I just wanted to let you know of a small change I made with the bank account for Andrea's fund raising. I closed the account that I had on my name and opened a new one (which I am managing), under the name 'Andrea Nagy medical fund'. As I am going to try to solicit some people that do not know me or Andrea , I thought that it will look better then to write a check for my name. The account is still with Oregon Community credit union. If you wish to deposit any money, you can write the check for that account name. The account # is 517163. I would like to thank again, to all of you who decided to make your Christmas gifts meaningful by donating to Andrea. She is very thankful for all we are doing for her and continue to keep an optimistic spirit.

Remember when I told everyone to kinda wait to send cards and stuff? Well, that's not true anymore! Andrea faces the very crummy aspect of having her hospital stay last for yet another six months or so. (Give or take) She was a little "down" about that.
Now a great time to go visit, send cards and letters, and even give her a call to say hi! and wish her well. As our prayers have been answered to keep her with us, it will be nice for her to hear your voice. Please take a little time out of your busy day to call or write to:

December 20

Thank you to all of you who shopped at the holiday fair at Home Health, and big thank you to the vendors who donated 10% of their profits to Andrea's account, to a total of $282!!! Thank you to all of you who made personal contributions to the account, which now has $2070!
As you can imagine, it is not easy for Andy to sit and do nothing, and the longer it lasts the harder it is for her, as she feels isolated. I know it is not easy to go and visit her, but I know that any contact, even a short phone call, will cheer her up. Again, her own cell phone number is 541-554-1982.
In behalf of Andy, her family and myself, I would like to thank you all for all that you do for her, anywhere from thinking of her, praying , donating money, sending cards, calling or visiting her. Every little thing means the world to her. We wish you all joy and happiness, in this holiday season, with all of your friends and family!
