Secondary Rehabilitation

Secondary rehabilitation and prevention is a program of continuing therapy for patients wanting more aftercare upon completing their rehab programs with their physicians and/or physical therapists. It is a more aggressive approach to a person wanting to return to normal functions after a major incident. Spinal cord trauma, cardiac surgery,  and many other orthopedic injuries or surgeries all fall under this program.
Anyone seeking more aggressive aftercare treatments or prevention procedures can benefit from a secondary rehabilitation program.
