SAND KAM, ACSM, NASM
Sand is from Honolulu, Hawaii, and a certified trainer for over 31years.
He studied exercise physiology at the University of Oregon and Portland State, and is a certified Health Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer by both the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a 33-year veteran regional judge for the National Physique Committee (NPC) for all categories of Bodybuilding, Fitness, Physique, Figure and Bikini competitions.

Anne Marie was born in Hicksville, New York. Grew up in
Palos Verdes, California, and has been a trainer for over
10 years. She is an IFBB Physique Professional competitor,
was a competitive gymnast, and holds a degree in accounting.
