Established in 1981, the primary goal has been remarkable improvements through health/fitness education coupled with high-intensity workouts. Fitness Advantage is in the business of changing lives by teaching the "how-to" of improving overall health, fitness and well-being. We'll make you a stronger, faster, and more powerful individual!
Fitness Advantage is more than just a place to work out; it's a personal, exclusive environment created by a true motivator.  The moment you step inside, you'll encounter a level of wisdom and comfort far above what you've experienced in other gyms. The atmosphere is calm and unassuming, allowing you to focus all your energy on your workout.
Join the many dedicated fitness enthusiasts, from professional athletes to rehabilitation patients, and take advantage of Sand's "master coaching" and "deep practice" philosophy and make it your own!

Take the opportunity to change your life forever!

In a group, individual or a online session, your goals are the most important aspect of our training regimens. Sand will make sure you stay on task and "stay the course" till the goal is met.
